We park in the blue circle and deploy 2 scouts (each with radios). One goes to the purple location, one goes to the green location. Once the coast is clear, all other activists exit the vehicle and paint at the red circle. We'll drape a blanket over the fence to provide some concealment if needed. Painting should take less than 5 minutes.
