However, the added resistance is going to shock your body big time. You're really going to be straining to get more than 10-15 reps forsure. This is a good thing since it more simulates the resistance you would be getting from the bench press. Since you weigh 130, you're pushing up about 90 pounds. With the added 45 pounds you'll be pressing the equivalent of about 135. Once you get the weight on your back and do your first set, you'll have an idea of how many reps and sets you can do so get creatiev and make up your own workout
