Yeah he was the last remaining KY member around the time that Chuck and his NW got flushed. He quit and at the same time was operating with nsc131. I won't vouch for his character, as he was being kinda stupid tbh. However I did see him at an active club meet up not too long ago and he seemed much better physically. Less fat and such. If he can attest to you that he is a changed man he may deserve a chance
