You could try to disbar him, or sue him, or threaten the custody of his children, but I don't imagine you're interested in or have the time for that. If the financial burden as a result of the complication is causing harm to you or your family we can do a fundraiser, but I don't recall the sum being that significant. He's not logging in, so deleting his account now or later makes no difference at all. Only means he's more likely to know why. If there's something else I can do in your service regarding the problem, some other stone I can throw his way to enact justice, I am open to ideas. Otherwise, there's not a ball in my court at the moment.

If your complaints are meant to be delivered to me as an actionable thing that I need to respond to at once, then make such certain, and if they're just idle chit chat then notify whomever you are speaking to as such.
