They almost certainly have every angle of the store covered with cameras, with the feed being processed by an AI.

they weight the same in the same area but are different products

but my main point about amazon store is that

they have made it ridiculously easy to shoplift

their system is EASIER to steal from than a regular market

and no one will stop you

they are hoping the honor system works

heres another really easy way to shoplift

get a dummy card
