To the jaywalking gulag!

2018-09-06 13:31:40 UTC

I didn't see shopping going this way. I thought it was all going to be RFID chips. I think they just made things to complicated.

2018-09-06 13:31:44 UTC

Why even risk the bag swap if you can get a prepaid Visa ?

2018-09-06 13:32:08 UTC

Seems like a burner card would be way safer

2018-09-06 13:32:51 UTC

Shit is there any Amazon stores near me 🤔

2018-09-06 13:33:05 UTC

Only reason I even shop online is to avoid the social interaction

2018-09-06 13:33:59 UTC

>put RFID chips on everything
>shopper uses material that blocks RFID
>freeshit4days

2018-09-06 13:34:16 UTC

any automated system is going to be turbo exploited

2018-09-06 13:34:22 UTC

>not using RFID blocking wallets anyways

2018-09-06 13:34:46 UTC

how many groceries can you fit in a wallet?

2018-09-06 13:35:11 UTC

but yes, you should be using some sort of RFID blocking material already so you dont get scanned and scammed

2018-09-06 13:35:20 UTC

block the scanner with your wallet

2018-09-06 13:35:24 UTC

More discreet

2018-09-06 13:35:55 UTC

Get an RFID r/w and change prices

2018-09-06 13:36:31 UTC

like people went to the self checkout shit and told the machine they were just buying pounds of onions and shit

2018-09-06 13:36:50 UTC

Does that shit still work

2018-09-06 13:36:56 UTC

theres no way around theft from automated systems

2018-09-06 13:37:07 UTC

I cant imagine why it wouldnt, on some level

2018-09-06 13:37:08 UTC

Wouldn't LP be watching self checkouts?

2018-09-06 13:37:12 UTC

I can see the reason why Amazon would want to try to innovate and would be willing to invest money developing new methods of shopping. That's kind of how they got to be a trillion dollar company.
