Yeah, basically.

2018-09-15 04:36:56 UTC

everyone on the left just wont let the right do anything if they can help it

2018-09-15 04:36:57 UTC
2018-09-15 04:37:06 UTC

since its what happened to obama while he was in office

2018-09-15 04:37:11 UTC

they see it as their chance

2018-09-15 04:37:13 UTC

Or so they think.

2018-09-15 04:37:18 UTC

well ya

2018-09-15 04:37:21 UTC

Mostly the left just can't stand to lose.

2018-09-15 04:37:23 UTC

its just the game

2018-09-15 04:37:42 UTC

The left is very good at pulling out all the stops though.

2018-09-15 04:37:50 UTC

they are these days

2018-09-15 04:37:57 UTC

they didnt used to fight as dirty as they do now

2018-09-15 04:38:20 UTC

MeToo fucked with Norm MacDonald, its gone too far

2018-09-15 04:38:29 UTC

the far left fights dirty as fuck these days, because they have it in their heads they will be able to wash away the history later

2018-09-15 04:38:37 UTC

Anyone remember Bork?

2018-09-15 04:38:42 UTC

i have heard that slogan a few times

2018-09-15 04:38:42 UTC

They sorat do a good job at it.

2018-09-15 04:38:55 UTC

bork?

2018-09-15 04:38:58 UTC

Bork was the first really partisan Judicial appointment that I'm aware of.

2018-09-15 04:39:06 UTC

but who i really feel bad for is people like my mother who just hear about the MeToo accusation against him today, as i did, and immediately take it at face value, there was not a second that she hesitated to comment on it.

2018-09-15 04:39:19 UTC

Nominated by Regean. He got scuttled in the senate confirmation on party lines.

2018-09-15 04:39:36 UTC

oh ya, me too will take anything and burn a mofo down with it

2018-09-15 04:39:36 UTC

@Vesdii That's the idea.

2018-09-15 04:40:28 UTC

i really dont get why them tweeting outrage gives them so much power

2018-09-15 04:40:36 UTC

Unity.

2018-09-15 04:40:39 UTC

And shaming the opposition.

2018-09-15 04:40:44 UTC

but so what

2018-09-15 04:40:50 UTC

It's like the chanting.

2018-09-15 04:41:07 UTC

It builds up a sense of combat so that people in positions to make small attacks feel justified in doing so.

2018-09-15 04:41:15 UTC

Or builds momentum to the midterms.

2018-09-15 04:41:24 UTC

#MeToo is an electoral strategy at this point.

2018-09-15 04:41:30 UTC

also whenever my grandma makes weird *bordering-on-the-line-between-passive-aggressive-and-aggressive* comments about the police and stuff like that, it makes me cringe

2018-09-15 04:41:32 UTC

You'll notice the sudden shift in women.

2018-09-15 04:41:53 UTC

@Vesdii you're not the only one.

2018-09-15 04:42:04 UTC

the sudden shift happened the moment trump took office

2018-09-15 04:42:18 UTC

or the moment he won i should have said

2018-09-15 04:42:18 UTC

Partially.

2018-09-15 04:42:33 UTC

There were plenty of women who voted for him.

2018-09-15 04:42:59 UTC

MeToo really created a sense of solidarity though. Even if they couldn't keep it all the way to Trump.

2018-09-15 04:43:21 UTC

i know...my mom was one of the ladies that was crying and stark raving mad thinking trump was going to round up her and all the gay community and throw them all into gay camps
