Well ironically, paypal doesn't let you change your info on your account

but as long as the payment info matches other side info, then there isn't a problem

and for shipping stuff, middlemen are pretty common

especially when dealing with business that don't deal internationally, or you are simply wanting to save on shipping

eg. 10 people want to buy various shit in Japan, have all of that sent to a middleman in Japan who will ship it all in one package

have that sent to a local middleman who will distribute out the bulk order

So you can have 30 people's info mixed up in a transaction making the individual information worthless, because only one person is getting money from you
