I read something today about being comfortable. And as much as i wanna post it in here its more than 2k characters

Comfortability has kept us caged for too long. While we continue to sit idly and pretend we don’t see the pain, the corruption, the treason, they continue to step, continue to further remove our rights, our liberties. They will continue to until there is nothing left, all while you remain comfortable. In essence, they are preparing us for the slaughter. And they’ll kill us to keep it that way. So, if you’re going to die anyways, die fighting for your freedom. Because now, now is the time to get uncomfortable. Really uncomfortable.”


Check your kits, men make sure you're comfortable with them, and can fight, and operate with them efficiently. Make sure they’ll keep you alive. Set them up so while you are in a firefight, you don’t suddenly remember the radio pouch you forgot to attach.

Your firearms, are they efficient, and well maintained? Can you field strip them in under a few seconds in case you have to clear or clean in the middle of a fight?  Can you make repairs to your weapon when they need them? Can you use said weapons efficiently? Do you have enough ammo to last you however long you need?


Your health, are you combat ready? Can you ruck a couple miles if need be? Can you stay in the fight even after being fatigued for a few days? Are you hydrated and keeping an eye on your health to prevent sickness and keep yourself combat ready?


Your training, can you apply life saving measures to you or your squad in an emergency or firefight? Can you shoot accurately and clear a room without getting you or your squad killed? Can you use your pistol confidently if the situation calls for it?

Your family, are they ready to move at a moment's notice to the safety of an outside area away from the combat? Do you have a plan for evacuating your friends and family who can’t fight? Do you have a place for them to continue their lives away from the fighting? Are they ready to never see you again because you are out fighting for their freedom? 


As extreme as these situations are, you really need to ask yourself if you’re ready, because if you can’t say yes, then you need to get to that point, or give your gear to someone who will. Understand that the time for waiting is nearing the end, and will force our hands, so be prepared for it. Everyone else is, so if you aren’t you then either you need to get on it, or make preparations for your new life as a slave.

I don’t see how denatured alcohol would be an explosive. An accelerant, but the chemical reaction wouldn’t be fast enough

I'm good. I actually have my camies from Marines still lmao. Same with boots, though I need to wear them and get my callouses back.

By gear I ment Plate carrier, helmet, mag pouches, holster, etc.

Its coming along slowly.

I have black for gear and ocp for uniforms... Even though I don't really fit in them anymore

I'd go black, but if the boog kicks off it seems a lot more likely the police would wear black.
