@ShinsoBEAM I had that experience when I applied for a 911 Dispatcher; I did well, Aced the Exam, and then before interviews really started I got let go lmao
For other stuff, it definitely seems like you need Connections to get started; and with a Bachelor’s Degree, I’m Overqualified for a lot of shit unfortunately
For now, other than Uber, I volunteer with the Red Cross to get relevant experience (but no munny)
Where I live it's ALL about connections. If you don't know someone chances are they'll not bother with you. Many of the interviews I do get is because they know someone I worked with like 7-9 years ago. it always comes up.
