Lol fair enough
My area is cons, so I'm just going to flow with that
yeah labour is party for the many not the few... I think white supremacists have the same outlook
it's a traditional countryside cons area, and they haven't done an awful job
so i'm gonna roll with that
What do the local government actually do
bins
roads
OAP shit
Haha
marriage
either way annuely labours standard fee is 52 pound and change over double tory
death
They should do more
local gov are responsable for a fair amount of shit
Devolved constituencies when
agreed
however, in my area they've just merged a bunch of constituencies together

hehehe
fucken toronto!
avdc (my current council) and a bunch of the surronding are merging into a single cc
> From 1 April 2020, Aylesbury Vale District Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, Chiltern District Council, South Bucks District Council and Wycombe District Council will be replaced by a single, new Buckinghamshire Council.
Look at all them fantasic historical esq logos that are being replaced by a fucking school looking logo https://twitter.com/BucksCouncil?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Eembeddedtimeline%7Ctwterm%5Eprofile%3ADeliveringBucks&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fshadow.buckinghamshire.gov.uk%2F
which taxes would you cut? https://www.taxpayersalliance.com/tax_burden_calculator
sugar tax is 0.3% :/
oh.. 0.3bn ... that makes more sense
They should use local coats of arms as logos, the modern stuff is terrible
the local coats are fantastic
It makes them look like insurance firms
the new thing makes me retch
I feel like they should tax sugar higher over time to ween people off it tbh
or come up with a better way to tax sugar
like maybe, putting a tax on items that needlessly add it
or something more dynamic
The more sugar the higher the tax perhaps?
Sweets being more expensive does seem like a good change tbh, they ruin kids in the amounts they have now
I do local council design work and the traditional emblems they have are great
if we had the same tax rate as 1960 we would take in ÂŁ152bn LESS in taxes next year
