The eu was created by the us
Citation?
read about the bretton woods system
post world war 2
Im fairly certain that the us didnt force most of europe to coagulate into what was supposed to be an economic trade group
because of the military and the infrastrucure in Germany
And has progressed into a bloc controlled by the richer countries
No it wasn’t. It was created by the french to control the Germans and then they realised too late that the French are bad at red tape and the Germans are really good.
The french didn't have the infrastructure that the germans had thats why the Germans were bankrolled by the US
the french didn't want to be a part of it initially
Who continue to exploit the small countries for their resouces
Fault i feel like youre changing the subject because you havent yet been able to justify communism
Thats fine
This is Germany gaining full power through accident.
Im here to debate
I dont actually care about the outcome
But cmon bro dont be so sneaky
im here to talk about your double standards in your relation to capitalism failing multiple times but being okay but not if its communism
Ok i can put that to bed right now
The magnitude to which communism fails
Is far greater
im giving you examples of policies and force used by the US with the help of world bank IMF and UN to bully countries to create an export oriented economy
the EU, sanctions to Russia China etc
To any historic failure of capitalism in recent history
That in and of itself
Is a justification for capitalism
It isnt as bad, its not perfect
But at least dont have to stand in a breadline when we have a recession
We might stand in line at Greggs though.
> But at least dont have to stand in a breadline when we have a recession
@Sizeable_lad
lol come on
Am i not correct?
obviously you are not correct
Ok yes im not correct
The depression
Had breadlines
So let me rephrase
you think foodbanks don't exist in the US now?
But at least we dont have to stand in a breadline *every time* we have a recession
They sure do
