Jesus you lot are insane
if they are getting fucked on holiday or pay
@Lucienne d'Anwyl So what? If I work as a teacher or a police officer and the employer is treating me like dogshit and refuse to pay me what is due, i'm not fucking working for them.
I don't care how many civilians "get hurt" because of it. That's not my problem.
Same thing with teachers lol
You can quit your fucking job
Don't go on strike
or not getting paid at all cause the pay system "isnt working right"
@Lucienne d'Anwyl Well maybe city hall should've thought of that before they decided to implement budget cuts, lay offs and running rough shod over the labour code then?
People who go on strike especially for essential services deserve to be blacklisted from industry
If not summarily ezecuted
No, just fucking pay them, or suffer, those are your choices lmao
<:ahegao:462286952335671296>
teachers arent essential
just saying
lol
@Lucienne d'Anwyl I don't go to work out of charity. I expect to get paid.
Refuse to pay me what is agreed upon, then I don't work. It's really that simple. And I don't care if that means the city get's run over by criminals. Not my problem.
@Mentrex who do you expect to teach your children if they're all on strike?
Then quit lol
You always have the freedom to quit
But you decide to drag everyone down with you if you strike
dont have kids
>go on strike
dosnt concern me
>crime spree
>blame strikers for causing it
@Lucienne d'Anwyl Ok so if there's several of us who are being treated like shit and we ALL quit en masse? (ergo a strike). Good luck replacing an entire precint quick enough 😛
>victim blaming
What's the difference between a strike and quitting until they give you a better offer?
If you are screwing around where wages are concerned you deserve to suffer under a strike
Someone who quits can be replaced
Someone on strike is still taking up space in the system
these guys are aight
You don't deserve to replace someone with a lower paid worker then, fuck you
@Lucienne d'Anwyl One person at a time yes. If 50-100 people quit at once, you won't be able to replace them fast enough. Especially not with the essential services.
Sure but it's still better for them to quit then to strike
Should really stand by your fellow man
@Lucienne d'Anwyl No they're not, because people on strike aren't paid any salaries.
They can actually start hiring new people if they quit
They can't hire new people if they have slots taken up by people on strike
