Body positivity can be a good thing if it is say, look I have had something happened to my body but I am overcoming it.

Shame is productive

They're basically promoting shorter lives and a higher chance of diabetes and cancer.

Like say if you are scarred or lost a limb. It doesn't mean you should live your life in shame. Look I am overcoming this and becoming a stronger person I will not just hide away

but the concept has become corrupted to promote an unhealthy lifestyle

Body Possitivity should be for people who have body problems (Missing limbs) not people just mking bad life choices
