@Tron Okay I have gone thru the <#509127873760591872> folder again and found I need to go into Help Text and Help Voice. I cannot however go into the #live-agreement-rules folder as I do not have access to it. But as I recall the Live Access rules are in the <#509127873760591872> rules, and they are pretty much common sense rules. So I will wait out in Help Desk Voice and <#498556115580092466> until someone shows up to make sure I can hear and talk over my headset and you can hear me. And so you can determine I am not a BOT.
