I've used discord a lot, all of my accounts were deleted. The menus are not there any longer. I think I will get a VPN and try again later. Obviously something is going on

OK I'll sign in with a different account. That setting window with the phone is gone. OK will reinstall first. That's helpful. Can you move me out of this area?
