This is why I hate Neil Tyson and Bill Nye. Total frauds

They are basically just actors popularizing a theology of mainstream science which is mostly ideology and less about facts

At the same time, I want less pollution because it smells terrible and is unpleasant. But the extent Nye goes to without being able to answer basic questions is so insulting

It makes me question the majority of humans for feeling inadequate and thus relying on people who belittle them

It's not so hard to ask basic questions like what rate of climate change would we be at without human activity

For Nye to belittle anyone who doesn't automatically agree with "consensus" is ridiculous for a scientist

Everyone should ask fundamental questions and verify everything they are supposed to believe in
