Hey so some more advise and theories on IFAKs just remember the ABC of medical is Airway, Breathing, Circulation so the way I have my Ifak set is in that order the first picture is all my airway and chest seals this way we can established/ maintain a patent airway. Second picture is my dressings and my TQ, I’ll put a video up about how to stage one so it can be deployed fast, it’s the same way we use them at work.

Yeah first aid manual (army is good, marines/navy is better)

Honestly the EMS textbooks are great to read

But books and reality are completely different

@Existance is pain I know that but a nibber needs to start somewhere and I see myself more Support than anything during and post big igloo.

There’s plenty of books you can find a a local book store on basic first aid.

The Barnes and noble where I live has a whole section dedicated to medical
