Well this is one thing that helps the case;

One charge is a felony pointing a firearm charge. She says i pulled a gun on her. Issue is she had a house key after i kicked her out. I eas afraid shed steal them while i was at work. So i had a friend keep them as i found a new place to live

So when they DID arrest me, it shows on the report "no weapons found on property", so that at the very least shows she lied about 1 thing

Because the legal system drags its feet, especially with criminal

I majored in criminal justice, and have seen the inns and outs of the system from both sides
