I don't know any by name but I think I've seen booths at local gun shows that will do some custom stuff like that for you. I could be worth wading through a sea of Fudds depending on what you want.

I've looked into getting a 3d printer, and a lazer engraging setup. It's a bit pricey but if you had the money to drop into it you can probably make some neat shit.
