@MischievousTomato curious, have you checked your cpu cooler and thermal paste. Just fixed a pc that had it's thermal paste go bad and it had a serious issue with throttling that did what you describe

i genuinely think that if i got up tomorrow and my grandma died in her sleep or something, i would just be in shock for like a minute and then proceed to have no feelings about it whatsoever
