I like him overall
Good for him for finally doing something, regardless of how he did it
a gastric bypass just means you can't eat as much
As you said
I don't think that surgery is helping him very much
At the end of the day
He is a good genuine human being
He lost a fuckload of weight, and now he's light enough that he's able to start exercising
so that's a good one
as someone who's struggled with weight issues
to stay morbidly obese you have to constantly stuff your ass
its a fuck ton harder than you could ever imagine
Yep i know its hard
you also have to remain at the same activity level
He's also got enough back damage and joint damage that exercise was basically impossible @tombmonkey
strong willed or not
so even if he dieted propeerly and managed to stick to it
he was pretty fucked
lol no
that's total bs
Losing weight should save you money, not cost you money.
so to stay a lardass he had to constantly ingest metric fucktons of food
@LotheronPrime I'm trying to lose weight myself and man is it frustrating
I was comfortably around 250-260 with the worst issues being self-image and foot pain if I was up for upwards of five or six hours, but I had a surgery myself the summer before college and the bandages and the slow healing prevented me from swimming and/or biking like I always used to
yup
getting old does not help
and then I entered college and was busy 24/7 with fast food everywhere around me
and a job to pay for the food
*oops*
I got down to 250 once
❤ Polandball
now I'm stuck around 310-315 and trying to lower it down
because my knees are always in pain and everything sucks (:
yeah luckily I don't have the pain
But I'm working at it. When it was warm I got back into biking, and I swim when I can. School gives me a free pass to the pool/gym near the campus.
Boogie is a time bomb at his age
I'm not doing great at it but baby steps.
but I'm full of excuses
Me too
@Glaice he was told "lose 40-100 pounds or you'll be dead by 50"
