Yeah that's another thing I love about it

everything is perfectly integrated

I am a huge fan of Kingdom Hearts even if I hate the fanbase

Every plot thread is tied up

I especially love how much the characters struggle

the biggest issue I have with it is the pace

And they can't just become stronger to win every fight, they have to actually find solutions

Mostly in Dragon Ball they do find solutions. It's a meme that they just get a power boost

It's mostly boosting to another supersaiyan level, or inventing a new attack

For example Goku fighting Hit. Hit has a timeskip ability so Goku has to predict him

I guess there was the Majin Boo arc where they had to get really inventive

in one piece it seems more often then not that their teamwork saves the day

But you said one piece also has ridiculous powers

but 80% it's just power boost+Deus ex machina

So teamwork is a no brainer

like a guy that has scissors for hands and turns anything he cuts into controllable paper

Or a guy who cuts your shadow off and makes a zombie with it that is stronger than you

also a issue is that they take character flaws to a rather big extreme

like the poison warden (who was insanely powerful) who had constant explosive shitting problems
