I only had ever had fun in MMOs leveling up. Not sitting around at max level, ever

in guild wars 2 the bat shoulders were a holloween cosmetic shoulder piece. A single ingredient to make that was worth almost $50, or over a little over 3600 of their premium gems and it needed like 6 items

the drop rate of it in game was beyond fucking crazy low

right

like I said I remember dungeoning with kids in GW2

they were overpowered teenage cunts

assholes who wanted to roll the dungeon as fast as possible and not help you at all

the dungeons were broken is why they did that

i don't respect them anywayu

they should have just quit

sad but ya, the encounters were bugged as fuck and you had to rush and stack to prevent them bugging

it shows how games may need to be single player tbh

they eventually decided to say screw it and killed the dungeons when they never really fixed them

MMOs are broken usually due to gear and pay-to-win

now it's fractals and raids

I played a year ago

at least gear capped at exotic

which was a 10% increase over yellow rares

they were more likely using a meta build and macros to maximize damage

i saw some people who somehow were able to instantly destroy elite enemies

and this was after I thought I was good after getting supposedly elite gear from dungeon merchants

they had like 500% my damage output somehow
