there is a strong meta in the game. Certain gear stat types and certain builds, using certain skill rotations are very unbalanced

craft a cheap yellow helm that has 100 to a stat, the best version you can get has 110

but like the engineer, they cannot get that class to balance. and they made the first batch of elite subclasses way to op
