ergo his account was the only one allowed to the DLC packages

@Gilgamesh have him set his account to primary on the console and all accounts on the console can use all of his dlc

We bought a game saying it includes DLC

but it never said only one account gets the DLC

because I bought diablo 3 and the necro expansion and we (my brother and I) share it that way on the ps4. He swaps the primary account on his ps4 from his to mine and can use my dlc that way
