@Vesdii yeah, looks like it was packed by Amazon in Kentucky, but packed in a StarTech box
the outer labels mention only the product I actually ordered
I think maybe they had two boxes this size, one of them just had my product, the other had somebody else's similar order which included a similar sized product

But the customer service is excellent
If I have an issue it's fixed within the hour, and sometimes they refund me a portion of my money or give me an Amazon credit to stfu lol
