I dont, i have yogurt sometimes but my kidneys are fucked and if i get too much calcium i get kidney stones. Im gonna have osteoporosis by the time im 40 at this rate

No idea what the condition is and the nephrologist doesnt know the causa but my kidneys secrete too much calcium for how little they take in, which binds to make calcium oxalate stones. I dont like to complain so i wont go into it, but they are very painful
