@Kelz think of this. AIDs medication that is being shipped to africa. We send millions upon millions in shipments to africa, more then enough to supply everyone yet almost no one gets them. As a result aids is spreading like fire through regions. The reason why is that warlords who control areas take those shipments and either sell for immense amounts of money, or use that medicine to blackmail and control the local population if they want the medicine that keeps them alive a little longer.
