It seeks to reduce emissions and pollution in America but also seeks to destroy or remove all Nuclear power in America even though Nuclear energy is the cleanest and most efficient method of producing energy in existence, and is the only way to meet demand of the growing energy demand in an ever growing world. Solar panels produce more pollution than they "reduce" until 7-10 years into their lifespan in which they "pay their pollution debt" , where as Nuclear "Pays it's debt" in the first 5 minutes it runs, and then runs an ecological profit the next 100 years
It seeks to try and reduce if not remove air travel, which is extremely counter to a universe where time is precious, and tries to foist that we can make do with trains, when trains, ina land like America that is criss crossed with infrastructure and national parks, can not make a train system that would fit the demands of speed
