Washing hands is fine as long as you dont do it too frequently imo. Only after touching something nasty ofcourse

Medication and antibiotics can save lives but they are way too overprescribed. Most cases are simply not necessary and for minor conditions id rather use natural antibiotics in form of plants or honey
