F 15s wont attack civilians and if they did, i would rather shoot at them with an AK rather than a potato gun.
But a direct hit from either of those could take it out if u were extremely lucky and the pilot was having the worst day ever

A F-15 could take you out from well outside the effective range of an AK
There's a lot of things it can do to you
if you were lucky enough to hit a critical part of a low flying aircraft it will not come back for you
there's not much damage you can do to an aircraft like an F-15 with 7.62x39mm
And whatever you can damage, the F-15 can handle it
Along with this, the F-15E would be used to attack ground targets, so you're looking at more armor than on a normal F-15
this is why no one argues with me on military topics
