2020-02-28 20:08:03 UTC

You must be the only one except if you live in some asian or African countries

2020-02-28 20:08:17 UTC

2020-02-28 23:48:03 UTC

sugar yeah but not fat, depends what type of fat tbh, pigs fat not so good, grass fed beefs great

2020-02-29 01:01:37 UTC

Why not grass fed pigs...

2020-02-29 01:08:09 UTC

just how it is

2020-02-29 01:08:23 UTC

Cuz pigs are not ruminant

2020-02-29 01:47:21 UTC

Ah ok

2020-02-29 01:47:28 UTC

What about scorpions?

2020-02-29 05:21:24 UTC

scorpion is a great source of protein, but only 2g of fat on average per one. given it's saturated fat tho, it's not really the *healthy* fat, which would be monosaturated fat. 25g of protein per scorpion though, so hey, that's good eating

2020-02-29 05:22:25 UTC

saturated fat is good

2020-02-29 05:25:36 UTC

is it? maybe i have it mixed up with one of the other kinds of fats. The only one i know consistently is monosaturated is good, helps heart health and cholesterol.

2020-02-29 05:28:19 UTC

https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/what-should-you-eat/fats-and-cholesterol/types-of-fat/ though this seems to disagree. Says here while it's not as bad as once thought, it's suggested you have less than 10% of calories from saturated fats a day, to help avoid health issues.

2020-02-29 05:28:20 UTC

you mean monoUNsaturated

2020-02-29 05:28:35 UTC

yes that, sorry for the typo

2020-02-29 05:28:41 UTC
