wouldn't it be easy to prove flat earth or round earth? measure the longitude in south with an airplane and if it matches the north than the earth is round but if it's bigger than it's flat

Circumnavigation is a thing I'm sure you know. And this is done with people travel across the world in boat or plane to get their destinations. Especially if you are talking about going north to south
