Say we did it on a 6 foot desk, and you are flat and level.

You have the 1 euro coin in front, with the 1 cent coin behind it, further along the table.

Well, if the earth was truly flat,

Than that observation would be factual.

If the water of earth, was truly flat,

smaller objects, would never be seen behind, or above, larger objects.

Say you are flat and at eye level with the desk, but now it's 20 feet long. Can you see the small coin now? Even with the larger coin still obstructing your view?
