And that they call it the coriolis effect

U basically need 2 reference frames one is called the non inertial frame of reference it is spinning the other frame is called the inertial gram it’s not spinning

As far as earth spinning and we have coriolis because of the spin no we don’t have that

So the earth isn't spinning

It’s not even possible because the heliocentric model has the atmosphere spinning with the earth
