You make the claim that god exists, and that god created humans. If you can't prove god exists you are appealing to a fallacy to avoid having to reason. I think it is a lot more believable to put 1+1 together than just abandoning all reason and place my trust in some invisible force.

Matter and energy are the mere building bricks of things. If you want a really simplistic answer you could use LEGO (building bricks) to create a house, but you could also use LEGO to create a statue of a giraffe. Matter and energy can be turned into more than one thing.
