They’re not hobbyists.

2020-02-07 01:29:19 UTC

They’re paid.

2020-02-07 01:29:25 UTC

ok i'll tell them this

2020-02-07 01:29:29 UTC

Please do.

2020-02-07 01:29:37 UTC

Pretty sure I know what server you’re on too.

2020-02-07 01:29:59 UTC

Where they come up with them super duper galaxy photos, and claim those are real too.

2020-02-07 01:30:14 UTC

how vague can you be

2020-02-07 01:30:28 UTC

It’s the biggest astronomy discord server there is.

2020-02-07 01:30:35 UTC

Clear enough?

2020-02-07 01:31:19 UTC

Guys who claim they come up with these amazing shots of super in focus stars, planets, and galaxies..

2020-02-07 01:31:25 UTC

From their backyards.

2020-02-07 01:31:44 UTC

Can we ever visit them and see this stuff for ourselves?

2020-02-07 01:31:46 UTC

Nope.

2020-02-07 01:35:40 UTC

what is that supposed to mean

2020-02-07 01:37:01 UTC

It means, if we want to verify their work for ourselves, can we?

2020-02-07 01:37:05 UTC

No.

2020-02-07 01:38:31 UTC

I know for me, if I were able to have a super telescope of my own, and actually came up with shots like that, I wouldn’t be shy about turning on a video recorder, in the backyard, then put it up to the eye piece.

2020-02-07 01:38:53 UTC

They never do that.

2020-02-07 01:39:19 UTC

If it’s real, why wouldn’t you?

2020-02-07 01:40:05 UTC

Like, “yeah, this is for all you pesky doubters out there.”

2020-02-07 01:40:19 UTC

Nothing but crickets with those guys.

2020-02-07 01:40:44 UTC

Because they’re f**kin’ with you.

2020-02-07 01:42:25 UTC

so what i'm getting from this is that you don't think it's real because you can't do it

2020-02-07 01:42:52 UTC

If they can, why are they not providing verification?

2020-02-07 01:43:26 UTC

Truth does not fear investigation, but they do.

2020-02-07 01:43:46 UTC

how do you want them to verify these photos

2020-02-07 01:44:01 UTC

I already told you.

2020-02-07 01:44:13 UTC

2 different ways.

2020-02-07 01:44:42 UTC

Ask one of these producers of these so called images of you can visit and verify it for yourself.

2020-02-07 01:44:46 UTC

Or.

2020-02-07 01:45:14 UTC

Have them take a camcorder, show themself in their backyard, and then walk up to their telescope and put the lens up to the eyepiece.

2020-02-07 01:45:34 UTC

And let’s see if what they have shown us is genuine.

2020-02-07 01:46:20 UTC

Neither of these are remotely tall orders. Yet those guys who produce those images, avoid both of those scenarios like they’re the plague.

2020-02-07 01:47:21 UTC

most of them are long exposure right @Superiorna_Artiljerija

2020-02-07 01:47:36 UTC

if they have stars then yes

2020-02-07 01:47:44 UTC

or for very distant objects

2020-02-07 01:48:37 UTC

also these guys tell you what the metadata of the camera is

2020-02-07 01:49:01 UTC

So what?

2020-02-07 01:49:21 UTC

They say the distance, where that’s unverifiable. Who cares.

2020-02-07 01:49:36 UTC

they don't say distance

2020-02-07 01:49:39 UTC

that's not metadata
