No. It is against the flag code. The flag code carries no actual weight in court and the supreme court actually ruled that forms of protesting with the flag(including flag burning gayboys) are in the right. It all falls under 1st amendment

False, the constitution is the supreme law of the land. It is just up to the supreme court to interpret that exact meaning. Aka its all up to the 9 justices to decide what the constitution means since its...hella vague. For example, the judicial branch is about 1 paragraph and only 1 portion of the courts is described
