There should be. If Trump is truly innocent, why not have more witnesses?
it's all smoke and mirrors
A normal trial has witnesses
So sure
I'm no expert on the subject but having witnesses or making it public like Zuckerberg's Trail could help by showing the public that the trial is being done like it should be
Cringe ass nae nae baby
There should as then it’s more fair.
Yeah witnesses should be called in
No, it violates discovery.
This is still not a criminal trial and there are no established rules that must be followed. Even the Supreme Court has said that the way the impeachment trial is conducted is solely up to the Congress.
@Dr. Emperor Thanatos the wise discovery is a matter of principle in understanding innocence isn't a matter of being quick witted.
The question is about preparation for opposing arguments so you aren't hit by a surprise attack.
This is also why Trump's side didn't deserve a say in the House's inquiries.
The inquiries were about building a case to present. The accused don't get to determine how cases are built against them.

-*What is your opinion on Communism? If you were Lenin, Stalin, or any other important communist figure, what would you change, to make communism stronger? Do you think that Communism will have the chance to rise once again?*
@everyone
I am nazbol soo
with the way things are I think communism will rise again but the people that want it back will be the first ones put up against the wall.
I like it economcially
it will be fucking hilarious
i mean its on the rise again 😳
first thing id do as lenin is not die of a seizure
it’s impossible, so it cannot come into being such that it could exist.
with coming back I mean in a small scale, think Catalonia, not global scale like the commies want.
The problem with communism, at least with how Marx and his modern cretins want it is that it's globalist. An ideology can't work on a global scale.
The spanish social revolution was based
And it won't come back since a century of Communism achieved four main results: poverty, oppression, war, and mass death. So why does anybody still want or think collectivism is ‘idealistic’?
^^being this stupid
This isn't an argument
adhom????
wtf!!
"b-b-but that wasn't real communism!"
The way Communism promotes Collectivism is bad.
I once asked a commie and he told me that "real communism" is a global collective or soem shit
I would argue that Stalin was more practical in that he mostly sought to establish it in the Soviet Union.
Communism is largely "failed ideology " because Marx was inconsistent in his hagelianism.
he also mentioned that it's anarchist which just won't work
in the sense Stalin's cult of personality is more practical.
