Not the breaking point, but it's one of the points that will lead the EU to the breaking point. What's for sure is that countries like Poland, Hungary, Romania, etc will now be even more negative about receiving immigrants.

The opinion of the Governments of big countries like France, Germany, USA, etc will not change. EU countries will actually have to receive more immigrants due to Greek pressure. Perhaps more neutral countries on the subject, like Slovakia per say, won't be open to receiving immigrants.
