I recall even to my Freshman year homosexuality was fairly prevalent.
It was talked about and endorsed in school announcement s
What country?
The concept of "rapidly increasing homosexuality" itself is a little bit controversial, because more and more people feel okay with what they are, whatever that may be, and show it to the world. it's not that our children become gay because of them.
The schools pride club was advertised in every class through video announcements, posters, etc.
Gays have always existed, and will always exist. But the Church and the society made them hide.
I can't see why they need to hide.
It's definitely appearing more prevalent. I believe some of it is actually gay people being empowered to be "out" and some of it is people who don't understand or are too young to understand fully and still experimenting
As long as they have no impact on our children, why let them hide?
They have an impact on our children.
Great response.
Nah, their sole existence doesn't.
With more and more increased freedom they can lobby for their prevalence.
Retarded activists do.
^
And with their freedom activists do come about.
That is what I refer to.
Take away their freedom now, and the activists will double.
The state and the parents of children have a duty. The children should know what the activists are and why they are bad. And this way, they won't turn gay.
The Educational system should take care of informing the children about sexualities, and all that.
Their parents should ready them for it.
The state should limit Activism.
I am in agreement.
but Freedom of speech, and freedom in general, cannot be taken away from them.
An immoral society does not deserve the freedoms it shall abuse.
As long as these three happen, we don't need to take it away from them either.
State simply shouldn't support such activists.
Morality isn't an argument, because it's subjective.
Making progress!
We should take our decisions according to how society is affected.
Well you have your subjective morality but we will always fight for our own subjective moralities.
I acknowledge as a human we cannot have peace.
I understand that, I fight for my own subjective morality as well.
I will fight for which I believe and you to yourself.
Your subjective morality wants to take away the freedom of speech from some people however, because the state, educational system and parents are incompetent on the matter.
I will fight any and all subjective moralities that infringe on one's human rights.
Your subjective morality believes that people can be entrusted with such freedom with only minor abuses.
Minor abuses, even major ones, should exist, in order for the people to see where they can lead them to.
