Well there are different datasets from what I saw that come to somewhat similar results. I did a cursory image searching (not on gaagle) for average IQ distribution to find that pic.

Chemtrails, if anything, contain(ed, debatable) chemicals that are/were to weaken and poison the humans and their food sources in a "boil the frog" method.
