You think the US care about such silly things as it own laws when it comes to whistleblowers that embarrass saint Obama
`How can they extradite him anyway?
He's not a US citizen`
max confirmed having no understanding once again
<:high_iq:382980759012638731>
he's not
Apparently not
Sorry for not knowing everything all the time
Okay why is he being extradited to the us if he’s not a citizen there
Same question
Just fucking semantics
because he committed a crime in the US
allegedly
Because he committed a "crime" against that country
By hacking a military server
He didn’t hack anything
Perhaps
Wikileaks doesn’t hack shit
Perhaps
he did not do the hacking but he did publish the information, and it did leave a lot of egg on the US face
Well trump is gonna pardon him
I really hope
he conspired with someone (bradley manning iirc) to hack the government
allegedly
_allegedly_
huehuehue
cant be pardoned until you are judged. and it a real danger that he does a Epstein before that
He can just dismiss the allegations
Pardon him that way
cant realy do that, as that will piss off a lot of republicans
in other news water is wet
it even better, the university's in the UK are sweating bullets that they are the next in line for a "restructure" when Boris is done with the BBC
I hope boris does an orban and defunds the humanities courses <:kek:590371888480387073>
i hope boris does an orban and removes the noble prize winners from he school curricilum
@Stéllar He broke American laws, and is in the custody of an allied nation that holds extradition agreements with America. If America wishes to prosecute him, he has to be on American soil so has to be transferred over.
Now. Whether he can be PROVEN, BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT, of committing the crime... Is another question altogether. But we wouldn't ask for extradition if prosecutors were not absolutely convinced of victory.
