Just have to fly him back to earth
Didn’t he supposedly go to Argentina or something?
Ye
A nazi base on the Moon sounds cool though
when the soviet was at it hight the average party leader was in their late 70is and they was spending a insane amount of effort on how too reduce the effect of aging as they had no replacements
Ideologues always have that issue
Look at the Catholics
Do you guys think crispr could stop/reverse aging?
No
yea, anyone that was able to replace them was "removed" long before they was a threat
I think it might
I think there are jellyfish species that never die of old age
I think we would need a shit ton of human growth hormone pumped into us to stop aging
And then we'd just get cancer
So we could use it’s gene(s)
Well
Crispr can treat cancer too
Apparently
I mean immortality is possible. But it isn't very practical to achieve for humans.
yea cancer are cells that dont follow the aging rule of the body
Biological immortality prooobably won’t be possible
It already exists
Well
Just not for us
The jellyfish still die tho
From injuries and stuff like that
Not of age. Same with lobsters
It’s just that their bodies don’t deteriorate with age
the problem is still that DNA will over time deteriorate to such a point it no longer have the information needed to build healthy cells.
But you could save a copy of your dna at any point in your life
And just use that and some stem cells
To grow new organs if you need them
then it just cloning
And I keep explaining to people that you cannot upload your consciousness to a computer. You're not going to be in the computer, a second version of you would be. You're still fucked.
Well kind of
I dunno why people never understand that the computer brain thing doesn't fix the issue
The game Soma did play with that problem, as you will just make copies and the old you will still be left behind
@EnderOctanus if the universe is a simulation then it must be possible to simulate consciousness
Cuz it’s already been done
Okay. Doesn't solve anything though.
