How do you feel about a socialized healthcare vs free market healthcare debate

Thing about socialized healthcare is that in Canada, it's healthcare might be free but it's shitty and paid through heavy tax

I dont have a particularly strong opinion on it

or we can have an immigration debate on the viability of a border wall/immigration in general

So when people want good healthcare, they go to the US

but that's canada tho

and their healthcare system is on average better than ours

just the very best healthcare in the US is better than canada

you're gonna go to the us

but a poor person in the US is gonna ahve trouble getting healthcare

Well even if you were a poor person in Canada, the healthcare would still be terrible and there is like months of wait
