Well the term began being used extensively as a putdown on someone, usually on the left who is easily offended or felt they need a safe space

Both sides could be snowflakes, but you don't really see a conservative safe space

Well it's like the saying a parent says to their child "Who's my special snowflake" sorta thing, they are special and fragile

They live in more dense populated areas, all the big media outlets are liberal

There is a trend in generations, this is loose on the topic but, my parents grew up in old houses, with old furniture. So now they prefer to decorate their own houses with very modern decor and things. And for me, i've sort of rebelled too, subconciously i prefer much older things, cars, houses, almost everything.

I feel like things like milennials and gen z and gen alpha and baby boomers follow a similar pattern

but its a common theme

but to me, when your parents teach you something, depending on the person, some will rebel against it

and some will follow it
