It's unlikely, even though he claims he's going to pull out of Syria slowly, there's no way the "deep state usurpers" will allow it, they'll draw it out as long as possible and they'll be back in after Trump is either finished his term or voted out

and at least promise prosecutions as incentive for 2nd term votes
