I lived in a desert for 16 years

I barely saw rain

It does in my present city too

I'd love to see snow fall

We did have hailstorms in Saudi east coast quite a few times thiugh

It rains a lot in Washington. This snow is the first I've seen in years

They were pretty

I would go out and catch the hails

we had a beautiful first snow when the leaves were still changing colors, it was a beautiful contrast.

Once I think I was coincidentally on the seaside on a hailstorm day

That day was ethereal

the uk is kinda in a perfect position tbh

we dont get earthquakes

or massive hurricanes
