I'm planning to move to the west on my own

And going NC from my parents

I'm still in the nitty gritty

But if I do not get to go there

I will have to move to some other city in India

Either way I want out, and I don't want my parents using their financial power to manipulate my life anymore

I resent them for various reasons

And I'm ready to get destitute for it

That should be the slogan of anyone who thinks they can do YouTube full-time for a living.

Are there laws in India that gives parents power over even kids who have moved out?

Not legally

But the police will side with the parents

It's the norm here

India is a chaotic place though

I am not gonna bet on me getting a new life here, idk seems like the odds are low

But if not, then I will have to take my pare ts sponsorship for that, which means moving wherever they want me to be

This won't guarantee my housing
